Thinking of New business ideas was always on my mind since I passed out from college, But only new business ideas cannot give you Daring to do business. Business should be a passion, ability to take risks, ability to bear the situation where you are out of cash flow.
Working with different corporate organizations and seen the scenario of corporate gifting, I got with the idea of corporate festival gifting. Diwali being the one big occasion of India, Thus the name OKASSIONZ - pronounced (OCCASIONS) came up with providing corporate & festival gifing.
Designer puja kits for Diwali, Holi and other ocassions gave people a more religious gifting product which would really cherish any occasion. Starting with Diwali puja kit under the brand 'SWASTIK' - Gift pack a nd 'SHRADDHA' - Retail pack which has 32 complete items required for Diwali puja. I managed to gets sales of 16 lacs in the first year in my first attempt having clients like Piramal Health care (Pharmaceutical Giant) & Also Tata Indicom.
OKASSIONZ now has expanded kits to Holi pack, Namaz pack, Car puja kit & also Rangoli kits for all occasions.
Working on the designs makes me remember that I had to sit 12 months without any source of income with patience. Dare to do something in life will only make you succesful.
